Classroom Organization and Management

One of the many things everyone noticed during the visit was how organized Kvitka is!  Don't worry, this doesn't happen overnight!

Kvitka uses 1-2-3 Magic with her students.  After they receive 3, they have a timeout.  Not just any timeout.  One with a purpose!
